Thrive. Raw and healthy chocolate bliss balls

Wondering what you can take along to that birthday or BBQ? Or even just want a sweet treat without the processed stuff?

These bliss balls are an awesomely delicious, super-healthy treat - and SO easy to make.

Just pop all the ingredients listed here into a food processor, then roll into balls and roll in desiccated coconut (or not!).

Birthday Choc-Mint Bliss Balls:

- 1 cup almonds (or other nut of choice)

- 1 cup desiccated coconut

- 1 cup medjool dates

- 2 Tbsp cacao powder

- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (or just add a little water)

- pinch of salt

- few drops peppermint essential oil (just make sure you're using a therapeutic grade oil)
